Terms of Service

Payment terms:
Private customers: 100% payment upon booking.
Corporate customers (please contact us for booking): 50% of total amount will be charged upon booking, the rest will be charged 3 weeks before date of arrival.

Check-in:
Glasscontainers and Treetop cabin: after 3PM
Forest cabins: after 4PM

Check-out:
Glasscontainers and Treetop cabin: within 11AM
Forest cabins: within 12PM
Unless otherwise agreed

Cancellation conditions:
If canceled less than 4 weeks before date of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged. If canceled less than 2 weeks prior to date of arrival, 100% will be charged.
